CRP has been involved in RP since 1996 using an innovative process for the sintherization of materials developed in-house by Mr. Franco Cevolini. The functional models built with this system can be used for all applications which allow for modern forms of RP. With a 3D CAD it is possible to generate the most complex and exasperated shapes and design. Thanks to the perfect knowledge of lost-wax casting techniques it has been possible to realize through RP disposable models for the same application.
This technology allows to get from the disposable pattern, properly coated with ceramics, cast parts of mechanical components. CRP does not realize castings in the traditional sense of a foundry but finished components designed by the team's engineers , or by our own engineers, according to the needs of modern Formula One. |
