POY The first step in producing synthetic yarn begins with the raw material known as POY (partially oriented yarn). POY is made from polymer chips that are extruded through spinnerets to form continous filaments. TEXTURING After extruding the filament, we texture it by adding bulk, crimp, strength and consistent dyeability. Advanced Technology allows us to produce finished synthetic yarns that pocesses the look and feel of natural yarns, or characteristics of their own. PACKAGE DYEING Utilizing state-of-theart technologies Tepar is able to match exact color specifications for the most color-critical markets, such as home furnishings, automotive and specialized apparel Outdoor Applications Sun shades, awnings, canvas, tents, marine fabrics, digital printing fabrics and tarpaulins require extreme UV resistance and color fastness, specially developed Ares polyester textured (air jet and false twist) yarns meet these challenges for the benefit of the weaver, finisher as well as the final users. Home Textiles Polyester is the ideal fibre for home textiles. Ares SLUBS with controlled and random irregularities created by the air jet texturing process makes natural looking curtains for the peace of homes.
