Flocart NV Wevelgem  Since 1999, Flocart is a part of the Masureel Group, and has a leading position in flocking and coating textiles. Quality combined with fast service is the main reason why Flocart has a leading position in the european market for flocked wallcoverings (imitation daim) and black out fabrics.After the take - over of Porcher Industries' deco division, Flocart has profiled itself as a producer of glass fibre and Trevira CS qualities, black outs and light/ heath reflecting treatments for the sun protection Industrie. The recent take-over of the wallcoverings division of Dumont Wyckhuyze in Roeselare, made that a few high quality wallcoverings were added to the Flocart collection. The creative spirit of DW gives an extra dimension for extending the product range. Quality and satisfaction of our customer is the most important issue with Flocart, as for the rest of the group. Besides the quality controls, which are performed in our own production lab (quality control, weight check, flockadhesion) there is a fully - equiped central lab (ISO 9001 certified) at our disposal, which supports the R& D activities of the department.  Flocart NV behoort sinds 1999 tot de groep Masureel Veredeling en is toonaangevend in het bevlokken en aanbrengen van coatinglagen op textiel.
Kwaliteit gekoppeld aan een snelle service heeft er toe geleid dat Flocart een leidende marktpositie in Europa heeft opgebouwd inzake bevlokte muurbekleding (imitatie-daim) en verduisteringsgordijnen (black-out).Na de overname van de deco-afdeling van Porcher Industries heeft Flocart zich verder geprofileerd als producent van glasweefsel- en Trevira CS kwaliteiten, black outs en licht/warmte reflecterende afwerkingen voor de zonneweringsindustrie. De recente overname van de behangdivisie van Dumont-Wyckhuyze te Roeselare heeft er toe bijgedragen dat een aantal hoogwaardige collecties muurbekleding aan het programma van Flocart zijn toegevoegd. Bovendien geeft de creatieve geest van DW een extra dimensie aan de uitbouw van het produktengamma. Net als de rest van de groep, draagt ook Flocart de kwaliteit en de tevredenheid van de klant hoog in het vaandel. Naast de kwaliteitscontroles die gebeuren in het produktielabo (ingangscontroles, gewichtsmetingen, flockhechting, ...), staat ook nog een volledig uitgerust centraal laboratorium (ISO 9001 gecertificeerd) ter beschikking welke de R&D activiteiten van de afdeling ondersteunt. |
